Hello, my name is HL Frazier, founder of RAMTalks.

“RAM” stands for Reverse Accusatory Method. Let me share with you how this method transformed my life and how it can transform yours. My journey started when I dropped out of seminary and ventured into the business world. I successfully ran an electrical service company in the Bay Area for fifteen years. Eventually, I retired, but my entrepreneurial spirit led me to become a professional high-stakes poker player and later, to start a construction company.

In 2009, my life took an unexpected turn. Kamala Harris, who was then the District Attorney of San Francisco and is now the Vice President of the United States, accused me of diverting construction funds. This serious accusation led to the suspension of my contractor’s licenses. Faced with charges for a crime I didn’t commit, I decided not to remain silent. I stood up and accused her legal team of violating my constitutional right to due process.To my shock, Kamala’s response was to escalate the matter. She dropped the civil charges but teamed up with another District Attorney to bring criminal charges against me. A judge issued a warrant for my arrest. I refused to plead guilty to a lesser charge and took my case to trial, where I was found guilty. My licenses were revoked, and I served time in county jail. But I didn’t give up. I appealed my conviction, and it was eventually overturned. The court ordered Kamala to restore my contractor’s licenses, but she refused.  For twelve long years, I was entangled in the judicial system, fighting for justice.

Out of this chaos, I discovered the Reverse Accusatory Method. it’s a powerful tool that transformed my life and taught me how to argue and win even in the face of overwhelming adversity.
